So today was my first day of school. Fun! My last first day of high school ever...damn I can't believe that I'm a senior now. *bangs head on desk* School started 45 inutes later than usual today since it was the first day and the periods were shortened but of course I forgot that after how many years now...so I was super early for school. Fortunately I wasn't the only one so I got to hang out with my gang of misfits which was nice. Well, I'm just going to review my classes because I have random urges like that. I'd love to know what classes you guys are taking :3

Period 1: Psychology Through Film and Literature-I'm going to love this class I can feel it. Analyzing films and books! Hooray! I can tell they're going to be interesting to. Also, there's a unit on mental illness and treatment *makes happy noises* Also, this is a half year course. After the second marking period I change to my other elective. African American History! Which is coincidently in the same classroom XD Only it happens 2nd period. My free period changes in the middle of the year. How annoying.

Period 2: For the first half of the year this is going to be my free period and then it changes to African American History meaning I'll have first period off. Which is nice because I can come to school later than I would have to normally. More sleeping time! But for now I can hang out with ~nick4118. I watched him play his PSP today while I munched on some pretzels. Hopefully it'll get more interesting later on in the year. Not that I don't love ya Nick.

Homeroom: We have homeroom before 3rd period and this year I have a very interesting homeroom. Usually it's in a classroom (sometimes your 3rd period class, sometimes not). However! this year my homeroom is in the auditorium. How fun! I get comfy chairs to sit it and a stage to stare at XD It's not so bad though since I got to harrass ol' Foltzy :3 Love you man!

Period 3: I decided to take Environmental Science this year. I get to learn about ecosystems, creatures that inhabit them, how pollution effects our earth and all that fun stuff. I'm actually quite excited. We also have 2 required field trips. Field trips dammit! I haven't had one of those in...a while. Well..minus the trip I took to ~DramaGeek528's college XD But that's a story in and of itself.

Period 4:GYM CLASS!!! Well, technically not yet. For the first marking period I have health class, but that's going to be for since the crazy/mildly creepy/over all loveable ~Scythe7 will be in my class. Hopefully, we'll both have deck hockey and archery in gym together as well when the time comes.

Period 5: French 5! lol...that worked out well. I have the same teacher/room/many of the same people as I did last year. Also, this teacher is writing a letter of reccomendation for me for college so I'd better be a good little French student. Also, we're going to do a lot of French culture this year (more so than last yar) through film, literature, music and things like that. I love French Films/Films that are in French. It's like an odd thing with me...I just love them. Les Triplettes de Belleville, Les Choritses, Ali Zaoua, Amelie... Ok, I'll stop gushing now. Oh wait...Mathieu Chedid!!!! Now I'm done...

Period 6: Lunch! I know practically no one so I figure I'll hang out with good ol' Savvy and his gang of misfits. Or I could eat my lunch in solitude. There's always that possibility. I'll have personal thinking time XD

Period 7: Graphic Design!!! I'm going to love this. I know the techer since he helped out with marching band my fresman year and was at band camp this year to do tai-chi with us :3 He's amazing and we get to use computers as well as traditional media. For homework we have to bring in an example of graphic design. I'm going to bring in my new book which is an old album from 1977 of album covers :3 It's a very sexy book. Also, this is also a half year class. This'll change to gourmet foods in the second semester.

Period 8: Fundemental Calculus...someone shoot me in the head now. Just do it. Please...but maybe it won't be so bad. My teacher seems nice enough and she's got and awesome I believe it's Russian accent though not too strong to understand Also, I'm familiar with the people in class. And right now we're reviewing algebra which I'm fairly good at :3

Period 9: English with the man I will now be refering to as Naboo...you know the guy from the Mighty Boosh? You wanna know why? The man is so short! I think he's the first teacher I've had shorter than me and I'm only 5'4" (kinda sorta). It's his first year at my school so I'll be nice to him. But there's also a student teacher and I don't know what to make of her yet. Oh, and Naboo was raised in South Africa so he's got an awesome accent XD And he surfs. Oh shizmonkeys. And we get to write in journals about WHATEVER we want to. And I mean whatever. Appropriate, inappropriate...ANYTHING.
